Erik Miranda was raised in Corning, California where he was first introduced to agricultural activities at a young age, which included assisting his father in operating a small olive orchard. Erik received a Bachelors Degree in Business Management from Chico State and since graduating has made his way back to his agricultural roots.

Erik has 4 years of experience in various accounting and finance roles which have all been in agriculture. Erik joined Capay Farms in September 2021 as a Financial Analyst and is eager to contribute and grow with the company.
