Tina Bicknell graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration/Option in Human Resources Management from California State University, Chico. For the last 25 years, Tina has worked for Capay Farms Inc. She started out as an administrative assistant part-time during college, then moved to A/P and Payroll after she graduated. Tina has been head of HR and Safety Coordinator at Capay Farms for past 18 years. With the continued growth of the company, she has become focused on running our HR department. She lives with her family in Durham, CA.
